Prohibited Merchants & Activities
You may not use our services for any transactions involving:
Illegal Products & Services
Illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines without valid authorization, or any items prohibited by the laws of Pakistan.
Dangerous Goods
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, or toxic/radioactive materials.
Financial & Legal Services
Ponzi schemes, pyramid selling, multi-level marketing (MLM), unlicensed money transmission, or currency exchange (Hawala/Hundi).
Adult Content
Pornography, sexually explicit materials, or escort services.
Gambling
Online casinos, sports betting, or any unlicensed gambling activities.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Clearly display product prices and refund policies.
- Obtain necessary licenses for regulated businesses.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions through proper customer verification.
Enforcement: We regularly audit merchant transactions. Accounts found violating this AUP will be blocked, and pending settlements may be frozen for investigation.
