Merchant Service Agreement

This Merchant Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between e-sahulat Pvt Ltd ("Service Provider") and the entity/individual registering as a merchant ("Merchant"). By using the GoPayFast gateway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Service Provider shall provide Merchant with access to the GoPayFast platform to facilitate electronic payments from customers. This includes:

  • Processing of credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets.
  • Provision of a merchant dashboard for transaction tracking.
  • Settlement of funds to the Merchant's designated bank account.

2. Settlement Terms

Funds will be settled into the Merchant's verified bank account according to the following schedule:

  • T+2: For credit/debit card transactions (Standard).
  • T+1: For bank transfers and mobile wallets.
  • Settlements are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Fees and Charges

Merchant agrees to pay the service fees as defined in the Pricing Schedule. Service Provider reserves the right to deduct fees directly from the settlement amount. Fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes.

4. Chargebacks and Refunds

Merchant is solely responsible for all chargebacks and refunds. In case of a chargeback, the Service Provider will deduct the disputed amount plus a chargeback processing fee from the Merchant's balance.

5. Compliance and Audit

Merchant must comply with all SBP regulations and PCI DSS standards. Service Provider reserves the right to audit Merchant's business practices and premises to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. Immediate termination may occur in case of fraud, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or regulatory directive from the SBP.
